Marco Aguiar is CEO of Shore and has more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector, with a career spanning strategic consulting, outsourcing, talent development and training. Before leading Shore, he held roles at Digital, Compaq and HP and joined Claranet Portugal in 2013, where he served as Business Manager and later as Talent & Training Director and Director of Ignít. At Shore, he leads the company's strategy and development, bringing talent, technology and delivery capability closer to the needs of organisations.
